Our receiving center in 2006:

Although the Wild Forever Foundation is fully functioning year round, in 2006 the our Receiving Center was open for 4 months, May through July.
During this time, in addition to responding to 1000's of telephone calls, we rehabilitated and/or transported 648 birds and 111 Mammals for a total of 759 animals.

2005:

In 2005 Wild Forever handled 3000+ calls from the public with requests for information and help through our receiving center. These calls resulted in 1000+ birds and mammals being cared for through our center, rehabilitators and veterinarians.

In 2005, In 2005, volunteers transported to and from our center, rehabilitators and veterinarians 260 birds, well over 290 mammals, and a couple of reptiles. It has been estimated by the Division of Wildlife that the time spent in transporting wildlife in 2005 was equivalent to 800 volunteer hours, or $11,700 contributed to wildlife transport


2004:

In 2004 Wild Forever handled 2500 calls from the public with requests for information and help through our receiving center. These calls resulted in 1100 birds and mammals being cared for through our center, rehabilitators and veterinarians.

Also in 2004, volunteers transported to and from our center, rehabilitators and veterinarians 930 birds and mammals. It has been estimated by the Division of Wildlife that the time spent in transporting wildlife in 2004 was equivalent to $26,040.
